1. Course Purchases

1.1 Pre-Launch Course Bookings

For pre-launch course bookings with a $1 reservation fee:

• The $1 reservation fee is non-refundable.
• If you decide not to proceed with the full course purchase when it launches, you will not be charged any additional fees.
• If you proceed with the full course purchase, the $1 reservation fee will be applied to your total purchase price.

1.2 Digital Course Purchases

For full course purchases after launch:

• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must have completed less than 30% of the course content.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@bookmygains.com within the 7-day period.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
• After the 7-day period, no refunds will be provided.

1.3 Refund Exclusions for Courses

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• If you have completed more than 30% of the course content.
• If you request a refund after the 7-day guarantee period.
• If you have downloaded all course materials.
• If you have violated our Terms of Service.

2. Membership Subscriptions

2.1 Paid Memberships

For paid Gold Membership subscriptions:

• We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for new subscribers.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@bookmygains.com within the 3-day period.
• After the 3-day period, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.

2.2 Free Memberships Through Affiliate Partners

For free Gold Memberships obtained through our affiliate partners:

• No refunds are applicable as these memberships are provided at no cost.
• If your membership is revoked due to verification failure or violation of our Terms of Service, no compensation will be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

Course purchases are one-time payments and do not require cancellation. Refund requests are subject to the terms outlined in Section 1.

3.2 Membership Cancellations

To cancel your paid membership subscription:
